Exercise
I've read through all these posts and only one has suggested exercise. I too suffer from cellulite like the other 95% of women, I am a fitness instructor and with the right exercises and diet plan you don't need to pay a thing for reducing or completely elimenating your cellulite. I no longer have cellulite and it wasn't just through weight loss as i have always been a petite size 8 its through toning, food and massage. Start with buyng a body massager from a chemist, then buy some rapseed oil or sesame seed oil to massage into the problem areas, seed oils contain natural antioxidants and heat properties to gently heat the inner skin as you massage. Join a gym or start power walking for 1 mile a day 5 days a week and ease yourself into jogging if you have not been active for a while. Don't waste your money on these easy way out remedy's that cost a small fortune. Fair enough you may see results quickly but i can gaurantee you they won't last for long. Even surgical treatments aren't forever as your diet and excercise play a massive part in cellulite. Eat healthy foods and make sure to drink plenty of water as water itself eliminates cellulite, stay clear from caffeine and fizzy drinks are a huge no no. Plenty of greens & fruit, fish for omega 3, and water and your on your way to a more slender smoother cellulite free body. don't be afraid of a little hard work and think of the gorgeous outfits you can buy with the money you have saved on expensive treatments.
