Now slim day and night

So fed up, have been following weightwatchers since January and have only lost 1 stone, have seen lots of adverts for the above tablets, has anyone tried them and do they work

I know WW is slow weight loss, apparently 1 or 2 pounds a week. But when me and my friend did it, we didn't lose anything at all, and we followed it to the letter. We both gave up after 4 weeks of being told off by the leader that we must be cheating.
