The easy way to lose my fat?

hey all, I'm wandering if anyone knows about/ has had/ or has any thoughts on Laser Lipo or plastic surgery on fat areas? I'm not fat to look at, but I've many chubby areas (due to obesity when I was younger).

I have like the male breasts, stretch marks and a bit of a pop belly, saggy bum, love handle, thighs etc. u know what i mean.

my face is fine peculiarly enough and i get female attention, but i'm always too scared to be topless and i look horrible when I am, i hate being me and I need to change it, therefore considering some kind of fat surgery. any help would be great, thanks.
