I started my Cambridge diet on the 24th of Apr, my start weight is 200lbs,4st 4lb. Im getting married this Aug so thats why i want to lose the weght, i want to look perfect in my dress. How long have you been on your diet ? Look forward to hearing from you, and good luck with loosing the weight, its not easy, is it ?
