Kayleigh... I have the same problem! It seems like you're caught in a vicious circle doesnt it?
I did the 'GI Plan' last year for a few months and actually lost 3 stone! However since then I slipped back into old routines due to horrendous major stress but I didnt put back hardly any of the weight. And now I have just started it again, and its exciting!
I would really recommend you give the GI Plan a go - its by Azmina Govindji and Nina Puddefoot. Dont get anybody elses book as this one is SO easy and SO good! One of the most important things I found was that you dont think to yourself 'I am on a diet, I cant have such and such'. The way it trains you to think is fantastic. You dont feel deprived, and more importantly you dont have to be hungry. And IT WORKS!!
