My name is alex and i am almost 16. I think i started dieting at about 13, i have never really been majorly overwieght maybe 2 or 3 kgs... but i just dont like looking overwieght. My mum says its ok to diet because she sees i get fustrated like she did . But, my dad is a doctor and sticks by the theory that if u excercise, at my age, u should be able to eat whatever u want ( in reason). I yoyo diet alot and usually give in to cravings .. as most girls in my year level and most girls my age. I just warn people to be careful because over the years 2 of my best friends have devaloped eating disorders. Now these girls are fantastic bright girls whom are both progressing well and almost overcome the phycological illness. but i think that after this warning i have been more careful in how i diet and learned , though helping them, that i love my body and show should everyone else!! best dieting tip : eat fresh food, excercise , drink lotsa water and be confident (<< the sexiest thing u can do ) XXX OHHH and perants take all the junk out of the cupboards and replace it with healthier yummier food, it will not only help ur family become healthier but also is soo much better for u .... what u buy will only get eaten
