Diets

Dieting has become a craze. My 14 year old niece and all her friends are dieting. It is ridiculous. They could be learning a second language in the time they spend each day thinking about food and calories and weight. Theyre being cheated of their childhood.

Food

My name is alex and i am almost 16. I think i started dieting at about 13, i have never really been majorly overwieght maybe 2 or 3 kgs... but i just dont like looking overwieght. My mum says its ok to diet because she sees i get fustrated like she did . But, my dad is a doctor and sticks by the theory that if u excercise, at my age, u should be able to eat whatever u want ( in reason).
I yoyo diet alot and usually give in to cravings .. as most girls in my year level and most girls my age. I just warn people to be careful because over the years 2 of my best friends have devaloped eating disorders. Now these girls are fantastic bright girls whom are both progressing well and almost overcome the phycological illness. but i think that after this warning i have been more careful in how i diet and learned , though helping them, that i love my body and show should everyone else!!
best dieting tip : eat fresh food, excercise , drink lotsa water and be confident (<< the sexiest thing u can do ) XXX OHHH and perants take all the junk out of the cupboards and replace it with healthier yummier food, it will not only help ur family become healthier but also is soo much better for u .... what u buy will only get eaten

Perpetual diets

I've been overweight since I was 6, and, though I'm slowly resolving my weight problems, I have since become convinced that the state of dieting is nearly perpetual when not combined with appropriate amounts of exercise. Having gone through many diets myself (including those horrible fad ones, too), I believe that no amount of temporary dieting with help you solve your weight problems. Sad, but true - how do you expect not to gain all that weight back if you start eating as you did before the diet? So, the only way out of the perpetual diet paradox is ensuring a healthy and appropriate amount of exercise to burn up those extra calories. Should you need any extra diet information, you can visit my website at http://www.dietreviews.info for a number of articles regarding dieting. It's not entirely comprehensive, but it's a start.
