Advice needed for pregnancy & dieting...
hi peeps, I am expecting with my 2nd child & am worrying about putting on as much weight as i did 1st time around, i did lose all my weight after & returned to a size 8 in 10 weeks, but i had to put myself through hard excercise & strict dieting (most days only eating 500 calories & walking on average 2 hrs...) i dont want this to happen this time as i found i got too obsessive & didnt like the person i became .... all just to lose weight.
i am only 6 weeks, but all you ladies out there who have had a baby will know your eating starts to go down hill as soon as the good news comes to light... so was hoping someone would be able to give some advice on dieting healthy & excerising safetly.. i currently walk fast for at least 40 mins a day, run a 20 min run twice a week, & 20 min dance 3 times a week. i also follow a low carb diet, eating only wholegrain bread & wholemeal pasta (twice a week) & lots of vegtables, fish & chicken.
any advice?? did anyone else excercise much & follow a healthy diet while pregnant??
