Hi guys, i would really appreciate your help on diets, my bikini is sitting there waiting for the summer holiday and I want to lose about 1.5-2 stone over the next 8 weeks or so.
I dont want to go to a diet club but i have been hopeless at following diets so any ideas what program i should follow.

Hi Andrea
I started the Go Lower box this week, its great, it is high protein and low GI/carb like cambridge diet or lighterlife but you get to eat real food. They deliver everything to your home and you dont need to go to a club, but there is plenty of help on the phone if you need it.
I read about it in Bella and I have lost just under a stone in 1 month. You get breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks and just need to cook off a few vegetables if you want. It takes all the hassle of shopping and cooking away!!
its great, I can totally recommend it.

I find slimming world diet works really well when u stick to it ... you have lots of free foods that you can eat and food combine with either more meat on 1 day and less carbs and more carbs on another day and less meat also u have up to 15 syns for a sweet tooth or any extras .. everytime i do this diet i loose about 10ib in the first week

hya you should try the scarsdale diet. im starting it tommorrow. you can lose a stone in two weeks. its very strict but does work. let me know how you get on x
