Newbie
So how often does everyone work out? What do you use? Any success stories? Any breakdowns? I do Susan Powters Trailor Park Yoga for a hour everyday before I go to work...it kicks my a** . I love it. I've lost another 5 pounds so I'm closer to my goal =)!!!! I feel more alive and for some reason, I can do the workout, it burns, it hurts and all that good stuff, but I can do it! It makes me feel good. I usually don't even notice it till I stop stop and I'm like, wow...an hour already? Anyway, let me know girls love all -lindsey
