So how often does everyone work out? What do you use? Any success stories? Any breakdowns? I do Susan Powters Trailor Park Yoga for a hour everyday
before I go to work...it kicks my a** . I love it. I've lost another 5 pounds so I'm closer to my goal =)!!!! I feel more alive and for some reason, I can do the workout, it burns, it hurts and all that good stuff, but I can do it! It makes me feel good. I usually don't even notice it till I stop stop and I'm like, wow...an hour already?

Working out

Well I get out and do a lot of physical work by hiking, hunting etc.. I have lost 13 pounds in 3 weeks thru Herbalifes ShaPeWorks program and I feel so much more energy I can hardly believe it. My wife has lost 18 pounds in the same time. She works out little so its simply amazing how well this works. We would love to share this secret with you or anyone else in need.
