Help me lose weight please!

Hi everyone! I'm new here, but was wondering whether anyone had any good advice for me. I've tried everything to lose weight - exercise, trying to eat 'right' - etc, but nothing has worked for me. I don't know what to do.

Friends are telling me to try diet pills, especially this new Alli drug everyone keeps talking about, but I just don't know...anal leakage does NOT sound that appealing to me!

Any ideas on where I could find some good diet pill info? I have checked out this site, and it has pretty good stuff on
diet pills and weight loss - http://dietpilldictionary.com but I would also like some others. Thoughts? Thanx!

Don't waste your money buying these pills

HI, I MUST HAVE TRIED EVERY SINGLE SLIMM PILL THERE IS AVAILABLE TO BUY AND NONE OF THEM WORK,

I AM HOWEVER ON SOME FROM THE G.P CALLED ORLISTAT AND IN THE LAST WEEK I HAVE LOST 2 KG AND 2 CM FROM MY WAIST, WHICH I THINK IS GREAT, BUT I HAVE A LONG LONG LONG WAY TO GO YET BEFORE I'M WHERE I WANT TO BE,

PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TAKE THESE PILLS WITHOUT ADVICE FROM YOUR G.P OR PHARMISIST FIRST AS A LOT OF THESE MADE ME VERY ILL

I HOPE YOU DON'T GO INTO THIS TOO LIGHTLY AND I WISH YOU ALL THE BEST WITH YOUR WEIGHT LOSS

Just been put on orlistat from g p

i would be interested in the types of meals you have

My story

Hi there I just wanted to share mine and myHusbands experiance of Hoodia (I think thats how you spell it) with you. We first tried it almost 12mths ago without too much luck. Then a couple of months ago a close friend let on that she and her husband had been using it and had been experiacing good results. She said that she spent a lot of time online researching the product and had found a company that sold a pure form with a weekly diet sheet. As a introductory offer she had also been given a 10% discount (that she could pass on) so I guess I can too. The company is www.consumer-health.co.uk and the code is JTHOODIA. This has worked particularily well for us was we both work and do not have the time or confidence for slimming clubs or preparing special meals. I hope that this may help someone, I would love to hear from anyone else that is having luck with this. It seems so simple! Better not speak too soon.

Diet pills

hi just to let you know ive took exenical diet pills and they worked fine i lost my target weight hope this helps you

Diet pills

hi, i have tried quite a few, i took one called stackers and they really worked, they suppress your appetite and in the first week i lost about 5lbs. i've also tried hoodia which isn't that good. i'm desperate to find another one that suppresses my appetite.

Slendex

reading chat magazine they were saying new pill out called slendex which supresses your appetite you got more then 14pounds too loose the first week you could loose 6pound then 2-3lb every week i just sent for some

?

If you dont mind me asking, why didnt you stick with stackers?

Stackers

hi, i didn't stick with the stackers because they have horrible side effects like depression and mood swings, i e-mailed the person i got them off and she said that she hadn't heard of anyone else having these side effects, also my friend takes them too and she was ok. my sister tried them and she was ok, i think it was just me. also i took them for so long i think my body got used to them and they weren't having the desired affect. xx

Stackers

I was really interersted to hear that someone has had the same side affects from taking stackers as I did. I also had terrible mood swings and unexplained depression. I wanted to think that it wasn't the pills because at first they helped me to exercise more and therefore loose weight. But I now have worries that I have increased my chances of heart troubles as you can feel your heart pumping when you take them and also I had difficulty sleeping. Does anyone know of the short or long term side affects of taking stackers? Thanks El )x

Trimenergy
