Eurodiet
Eurodiet is BRILLIANT. It is so sad it's ceasing trading over here. Have just had an email from my counsellor. Maybe we could share tips.

Eurodiet help????
Its such a shame Eurodiet has ceased trading - its the only diet I have ever lost weight with so easily. Do you know if we can still buy the products through their main office in Holland (I think)? as I don't want to put all the weight back on again. I think the back-up was not good when all I got was a letter from my counsellor with no forward contacts etc. Does anyone out there have any more details? I have emailed the company through the internet site but am waiting for an answer. It would be nice to share tips but I feel let down.

Eurodiet help!
I too have be have en on the Eurodiet for some time and have found it extremely successful. I feel very let down by them. I have not been told that they have ceased trading and have not had any contact from my counsellor at all. I think that it is an appalling way to treat people. They could even have a message on their voicemail explaining the situation. I spent over an hour on hold last week thinking that they were indeed busy. I have tried to contact them and have also emailed their main office in Luxembourg but have as yet not received a reply either.

Yip!! amazing programme to follow!!
The programme is so easy to follow, all I do is buy veggies and I still use most of the products. The reason for this is the high quality protein, variation of products that suit my whacky taste buds.
I lost a load of weight and people could not believe how well I looked.
I would really recommend Eurodiet....Expensive...mmm mayby a tad, but look at it like this - you no longer overfed and undernourished plus you not wasting money on rubbish food. I do not find it expensive. The first couple of weeks mayby but they have wonderful starter kit now.
Enjoy! you on the right track.

Eurodiet
Hi, I have been on the diet for over 3 weeks now and have lost a stone! It is expensive, but worth it, I have rarely felt hungry, its giving up booze that has been the most difficult.

Eurodiet
i've been on it just under a month now - lost around 7lbs in the first week and have now been at a loss of between 9 - 10lbs for the past three weeks which is a bit frustrating as i cant seem to lose anymore!
Did you find that you hit a wall with the weight for a while??

Easy diet
I have been on the diet for 2 weeks now and it is so easy. You have 4 eurodiet things a day and you can have salads as well. Some of the soups I dont like but there are loads of other things. The weight just slips off and the whole plan seems pretty simple. I hope I can keep it off this time as I have tried and failed on many other diets!!

I am craving meat!
I have been on this diet for 11 days and lost 9lbs, but to be honest I am sick of veg. I could have mugged my old man for his pork chop last night. A bowl of veg soup didn't quite cut it for me.
It is an easy diet to do. Some of the things taste yuk IMO, but some are quite nice for diet food, I love the chocolate cereal. Apart from the craving for meat I am enjoying this diet as the results are starting to show already.
Yes it is expensive, but I want to lose weight without having to do the happy clappy bit you get at slimming classes.

Diet is working
i've been on the diet for around two months now. have lost nearly a stone and a half. if i had a pound for everyone that has commented on my weight loss in last few weeks i could retire!
i got stuck at a weight loss of around a stone for over a month then lost another few pounds and again i seem to have stalled.
despite this people say i keep losing loads of weight and i can feel it in my clothes. i would like to lose around another 5 - 6 lbs but find it hard to stick to the plan. as a result for the past few weeks i have kinda made my own plan up. i find having a cereal bar for breakfast, some meat with salad/veg for lunch, a choccie bar around 4pm then a eurodiet product for dinner seems to work.
it is worth sticking to and hope i can keep going.

How do you make it work?
Hi,
I just started 3 days ago and wanted to make sure I was on track. Are you eating veges from group 1 and 2, exercising, and using any herbs on your food?
Would love any tips you have on this. Thanks and congratulations on losing so much weight.

Been on diet for 6 days now
Hi,
I found it extremely difficult in the first 4 days - headaches and feeling little faint in morning. But all has seemed to settle down. In terms of the food, I have found the cereal bars to taste good as well as the snack choc bars. for the Meals - I have to honestly say the soups leave alot to be desired - but adding herbs and spices helps. The omlette was not bad at all - adding vegetables from the permitted list and various herbs/spice helps alot.
I have been resisting the urge to weigh myself, but will see how i go after the first week.....will keep you posted.

How are you getting on?
I've been on the diet since July 07, I've now lost 4 stone. It's great but hard to keep up with. You can have a break though which is great!
