Hi, ive always struggled to lose wieght, its a battle for me that never ends.. i really like to join you and start the diet, just for you information i need to lose way more than you. am 1.65cm and way 80kg's ... i used to be 106kgs couple years ago.. i just want to get it over done with once for all. i know having some one to share the experience with would be a very good motivation. so how the diet works? i need to lose about 20kgs. waiting for your reply ,,,

I have been on the dukan diet since November 2007, 80 lbs lost, but still got more to lose (I am 198 lbs at the moment). I am new to the UK, and would count on your advice, ladies, when it comes to shopping - it is a bit of a challenge to manage well a tight budget when following the dukan regime. Good luck to us all!

My name is May i am from England,
I have been trying to diet but i don't feel i have got anywhere. I live with my family and none of them are on a diet which makes it even harder! I have been trying to loose weight in the past 2months but i don't think i have really got anywhere. It would be great to try a diffrent diet with someone.

I am 5.5ft i weight 59kilos (about 9st) i would like to loose 1-2stone.

I have been on the dukan diet for almost 4 months and I lost aver 30lbs.
In France many people are folloxing this wonderful dier "created" by dr Dukan, a French Nutritionist!
Because, many people (apart from the French) don't know the diet, I created a website dedicated to this diet!
Please go and write on the site!! It will be your little journal where we can talk and motivate each other.

Help me if you can
I really need to losse some weight and fast, if at all possible, I am quite desparet.
I am 10 stone and just over 5ft tall.
I am going to be seeing my mother in law for the first time in 3years after having my baby.
I am a very self conscience person and have on and off tried going on diet. however failed to do so.
I have about 3 and a half months to lose some weight radically, if i could ahve a partner to help advice me. please let me know what is included in the Dukan diet.

Just what i was looking for
i am strugling with losing weight the bibbist thing is i dont have anyone to share my thoughts with if u are not on a diet or have weight problems i find people are not interested.ihave just started to watch what i eat i dont like calling it dieting because when i think i am ona diet all i do is think about food so now i say i am eating healthy i really dont want to go on any diet just eat healthy that way i know i can do it for longer and stick to it i go swimming twice a week and weigh 17st would like some recepi if u have any im not very good a t portion sizes any tips would be appreciated.

i am doing this thing called Diet-Friend.com and I love it. I get menus and a shopping list every week with some pretty simple exercise plans too that are about 20 min a few times per week. The lady who runs it emails you your food plan and a shopping list and some recipes every week. plus she's funny and you get a chat with her every week. check it! i lost some weight and i like getting my weekly package on my email. totally normal - no freakey stuff!

I weigh around the 11 stone mark and i am 5 ft 6, i would also like to lose 2 stone before i start college again. My trouble is that i am not able to motivate myself and i am so confuse with all the different diets out there I don't know where to start. I have never been on a diet for longer than 2 days and would make my day if I could lose some weight before my birthday in July, even if it's just 5 pounds. Would like to talk to somebody in the same situation of trying to lose them extra pounds, so I would love to be your diet buddy to help start the process!

I want to loose 2 stone by september
Hello, i would like to loose 2 stone by september as i get married on october the 14th and i really want to feel comfortable on my big day. I have done various diets and clubs but always seem to fall off the wagon, so i thought i would try a different approach to see if it would help so lets give it a go! I thought i would try cutting down (not out) on the crap i eat like crisps and choc. Then i am going to try and eat more fresh veggies and meat. My down fall is if i have salad i cover it in dressings, if i do a cooked dinner it usually has thick gravy on it etc, etc... so have you any ideas what we could do to loose this couple of stone?

i'm living in France and I decide to lose few kilos but it's very hard, i'm losing my job and feel very bad about this but now i'am decide to begin but i don't know whitch method i can use I have already made an protein diet but all the kilos i lost i've took them back i have a friend who gave me some advice about an homeophatique diet, i thing it can be a good think i saw the result on my friend she lost 31 kilos(she was very fat) me i want to lose 6 kilos.

I am starting too
Hi lafrenchie! I am also starting a diet and I'd also like some support. My goal is not hard to achieve, I'd just like to loose 2 kilos and get some muscles. The thing I have been doing for two days is to make sure I am eating 3 meals a day, to have an alimentation equilibrated and to make some sport everyday (I go running). I am in Spain right now and it is quite hard to loose wait with the spanish food so I am preparing my own food which is French cooking, because as you are, I am french. If you have any tips to give me about your diet, any problem or need any support I'll be there. I think it is a good idea to share our impressions and result to get more confident and carry on until success. So here you have your first "diet-mate"

An idea
Hi girls,I'm not dieting exactly but I've just been told by a gym instructor that i need to lose 6 kilos to reach my 'ideal' weight.I think he was trying to hard sell me into buying 'personal training' sessions. No chance! Anyway, I am a few kg more than normal, as i've been lazy and just had a holiday. My biggest problem is that i want snacks through out the day....I think it's more habit that hunger. So what i've been doing for the last week is the make up a really big bowl of fresh fruit salad....simple stuff like green apples, pineapple, orange, kiwis. Apparently green apples are a natural de-toxifier too. I find that it last sdays in a fridge and i take a tub with me to work. It's really stopped me munching biscuits and chocolate in the day. Eating just an apple just doesn't seem as filling as a combination of fruit already chopped up. Try it!

I started the dukan diet too
hi! I started a diet on March and I lost 15lb in 3 months... then I didnt lose anything and I think this is because of a medicine that made me gain weight and that now is giving me a hard time losing it. Anyway I started the Dukan diet yesterday and I lost 1 lb already! And I have to add that I ate more calories than usual... 1600 instead of 1400... in other words, with the Dukan diet, you can eat as much as you're hungry and you still lose!
