Okay, i'm 15, suffering with an eating disorder, and i can tell you now that it'll only make you ill. You want to be 8 stone? well, at the worst point of my illness, i got down to 7 1/2-8 stone, and trust me, 10 stone feels a hell of a lot better than 8. Here are a few things to expect from losing weight by healthy and unhealthy means: you'll get bruised easier (due to lack of fat), you'll be bony and if you do it unhealthily (like me) you'll feel cold, hungry all the time, have pains in your chest, faint, feel light headed etc. You and i sound fairly similar (except i'm 5'6) and it's probably not a good idea to be dieting when you're so young for no reason, either. You're still growing and changing. Also, when i was fairly light i wasn't a smaller dress size- my bone structure meant that i was only a size 10. So no benefits there. You'd be far happier staying how you are, trust me. If you really want to shift some weight, eat healthily and try and lose a little weight: a few lbs maybe. Try and maintain that and you'll be fine.
