Euro diet

Hello. I have been hearing a lot about this diet and wondered just how good it is. I have been on the site and read an article in 'woman' magazine.

Can any one tell me just how much it is a week, I get the impression it is about 50.00 a week but I am not sure.

I have tried CD & LL and failed!

Is this any better?

Thanks for any info.

Yes it works

My sister Lindsey has been very overweight for a lot of years. We never thought she would tackle it. She started Euro diet last September 2007 and has reduced from over 17stone (she was 20stone at her heaviest we know know) and she is about 11stone. By the time she gets to her personal target she will have lost 10 stone in all!

She looks and feels fabulous at the age of 45 (sorry Linds) and is going on a sponsored cycle ride in Cuba in Spetember with Fern Britton. She loves her food, and still has what she wants on special occasions. But otherwise she has stuck to the regime, and we are all very proud of her.

Go for it

Eurodiet

I have been doing Eurodiet for a while now and it's fantastic. I have lost 1 and a half stone. Recently though Eurodiet has stopped trading and I can't order anymore food. I am so disappointed, I have rung but still get the message that everyone is busy. I had an email from someone at Eurodiet who said it would be available in pharmacies soon. Does anyone know where I can get it. It would be very much apprieciated.

Thanks

Euro diet

Hi,

I'm on my first day of the euro diet. The starter pack which last to weeks cost £200 and then after that you order the meals you liked from the starter pack at about £2.50 a meal.
I'll let you know how it goes.

Euro diet

Hi Luna

I tried the Euro diet several weeks ago and I am very dissapointed with it plus it is very expensive. for a two week starter course I paid in total £185. The chocolates are disgusting; black chocolate which tastes like laxative chocolate, and teh deserts are very grainy. the onl things that I liked were the soups especially the chicken curry soup and the craem chick soup. The omlettes are quite nice also.
I bought the womans own magazine also and saw an article on the Euro diet and thought that i should give it a go, but i was very DISSAPOINTED!!!!

I started the CD two weeks ago and fell off the band wagon and I restarted it yesterday. My problem is the craving of sweet things. If I were you I would stick to the CD as I find it much more better, tastier and less expensive.
Take care

Eurodiet working for me

Hi all

I have to say that i'm thoroughly enjoying Eurodiet. The started pack for 2 weeks cost me £99 and I was pleasantly surprised at how much I am enjoying the food packs. The only products I don't like much are the omelette mixes but I can make them palatable by turing them into a kind of spanish omelette by adding veg from the allowed list.
My counsellor is also excellent and has answered all the questions I had. Because its protein based I am never ever hungry which is a revelation for me. After 4 days I had stopped craving sugar completely although on day 5 I was craving carbs like crazy. That's now all gone and i've lost over 1/2 stone in my first week. I can see myself staying on this long plan quite easily as I have around 10 st to lose.
I think the key to any diet is just to find the one that suits you.

Euro diet was worth every penny!!!!

Hey there,
I have went on the Euro diet on the 2nd of Jan and i have lost 2 stone and 2lbs!! I have dropped 3 dress size's. I have been off the diet for 6 weeks now an maintaining my weight really easly. My sister in law has lost 3 and a half stone on euro....!!!
It was really expencive, But it was worth every penny.

I was never hungry and the products were ok, the soups were the only things i didn't like to much.
If you can afford it GO FOR IT!!!!!
xx
