Buddying up
Hi guys i started diet on the 1st so im on day three now. If anyone wants to buddy up just pm me or email me on pinkshield_86@hotmail.com. I previously weighed 13 stone 10 pound but lost 2 stone 4 pound by healthy eating.

Diet buddy
Hi Lauren, I go for my consultation tomorrow and would love to buddy up with you maybe we can jeep eachother going . I am really excited about starting the diet but know i will findit hard going. I too have tried loads of diets but had no luck with sticking to them. I want to loose 5 stone if pos. Let me know how you are getting on .

Hello Lauren,
How are you getting on on CD ? I stated 3 weeks ago nad so far have lost 11lb, its not been plain sailing as I have been running to the loo loads and at the beginning I felt rather sick! But now into my third week started to notice the weight loss and feel great! loads of energy too!
Please let me know how you are doing any any tips you might have....At the weekends I split my shakes and spread them out throughout the day and when drinking capachino i add ice and coffee power yummy! Bye for now

Hiya Lauren
Started CD last Mon (16th) weighing 13st 11lb, have now gone down to 12st 10lbs - thats over a stone in 8 days!!! I am so chuffed. I am finding the weekends the hardest, the week days are no problem as i keep myself busy, but my weekends always revolved around food. I nearly cracked on Sunday but i went off, had a little lay down and a cry (silly i know) and told myself it's not forever and its for a good cause!! My advice would be to drink as much water as you can (i drink about 4 litres a day) and if you have taken a before picture, keep looking at it, remind yourself why you want to lose weight!!

Day 4
I too started on sunday and still not feeling great! I feel tired and grumpy but i do feel as though i have lost weight so it will be worth it when i get weighed on friday. Keep going!

Cambridge buddy

I started CD on Tuesday and am now on day 5 I did weight watchers a few years ago and it worked well but its not working this time. I could do with loosing 2-3 stone too.
I found the first 3 days ok but am now feeling a bit light headed and spinny!!
I weighed myself yesterday (friday) and had already lost 8lbs so it really motivated me some more. I just have a really bad taste in my mouth although i am cleaning my teeth about 4 times a day!! How are you are you doing ok?

hi there, i started yesterday, am struggling 2 drink the water!!! i hate the stuff, im hoping to lose 3 stone, but counsellor says i need to get down to 10 and a half stone to have an ideal bmi. I also have been drinking a lot of wuh long tea.... its fantastic stuff

I only started on tuesday the 17/07/07
l AM 15stones and my idea weigt is 10.5 stones as am 5,5. I feel motivated am trusting I have met a mate I can relate to. Please let me know how you are getting on. I will be weighed on monday evening and can't wait as this will increase my motivation.

Hia Lauren, I am starting Cambridge tomorrow, but you see i'm dealing with my counsellor over the internet, as I was unable to go see her, as she was the nearest one to me,yet the furthest!...So i'm still a little bit confuse. Well firstly i have to lose at least 2 stone, so from what I gather i take 3 shakes a day for the first week and then the second week the same, (but a bar is optional instead of 1 shake onl)..sorry but these questions sound so simple...Ps can i ask what the cd is? Ps how you doing today on the diet? do you feel hungry or cravings?..i'm looking forward to starting tomorrow. thanks Diamond

Cd diet
Hi, I've been on CD just over a week, lost 8lb in the first week. Feeling fine. I've tried various in the past, ie. Weight watchers, slimming world. The only loss I found was the weekly payout. Sticking to this. I have 4 stone to lose.
