Lighter life or cambridge diet

Hi there Sharon,

Well I've done both started with LL and lost 3 stone but found it was very expensive although the councelling was beneficial I switched to CD and have never looked back I prefered the sachets and bars much nicer. My councellor was very supportive and I've lost a further 3 and half stone and now in my healthy BMI. trust me i never thought i would get there but I have and I'm a much happier person for it.

Kindest Regards

Michele

Cambridge

i have started the cambridge, and i'm finding it really hard, i just keep thinking about food. What can i do.

Lighterlife

hi i did the lighterlife diet,it was very hard, but i lost 3stone in 3 mounths, it cost 66£ aweek, i must say i didnt care for the meetings i made some friends, but i felt that the meeting manager wasnt botherd she just wanted our money, when i got to my near target, i brought less packs wich did not bother my meeting manager, i just stopped going,4 wks ago and am in management,i havent had any help the woman has never rang to see if im ok, or asked if i need advice which they are surposed to do,but as long as they make there money ,well i go to the gym 3,4 times awk and swim twice a wk a mile each time, thats my choice i can eat what i like as i do all this, but i love veg,and fruit, fish, i do have the odd bottle of wine, but im happy now, the diet is good, if you go to the meetings as the other dieters surrport each other,if you fall from this diet you cant get back on it , its so hard, but worth it, good luck.

Lighterlife

hi thanks for info , i looked into both on internet and opted for cambridge diet , started it on monday and so far its going ok, not feeling as hungry as i thought i would. i went to info meeting for lighterlife but did not feel comfortable with councellor, whereas the cambridge diet councellor is really frindly and text me after 1st day to see how i was getting on. im sure monday weigh in day will be the judgement day. thanks for reply and well done on your weight loss.

from sharon
