Brill help website

i found a brill website which takes a log of what u eat, how much exercise you do, weight ect.so that u can keep an eye on your diet, you def need to check it out and it is totally free.

I am also using this website to count my calories and am finding it very good. Is anyone else using it? How much weight are you losing?

I have been using it for 3-4 weeks and have lost 12 pounds. Foodfocus recommends you try to lose around 2 pounds a week maximum (so do most doctors/nutritionists actually), however you can go faster based on how many calories you eat each day. I find losing around 3-4 pounds a week is pretty easy.

I also use this website and it really is fantastic. I make it part of my routine and it is really easy to lose weight. I also highly recommend.

Thanks for the tip. I signed up today and it looks really good. I can finally throw away my calorie counting books.

Just joined this last week and found it great for tracking what I've eaten and excercise I have done, really encouraging me as I lost 2lb this week.

Has anyone tried to add their own food? I can't make out whether you put in the weight of the food or per 100g. Senior moments are regular at the moment.
