Hi Jules 0028,

Congratulations on jumping on the LL journey at Christmas of all times!!!! Lol
I started lighter life in October and im on my 10th week. I just hit losing 4 stones last weigh in. the tiredness is due to your body switching where it gets your energy from.
It DOES stop! After I got over that initial stage I couldnt do anything but exercise I was that energised. Just listen to your body. When it wants to exercise it will tell you. Right now it just need time to get into thin mode lol

Good luck

Lighter life

Hi

Hopefully you got through your first couple of weeks of LL. I did it 7 years ago for 5 months and lost 6 stone. It does get easier as time goes on and just becomes a way of life. I managed to keep most of the weight off for about 5 years but over the last 18 months have put on around 4 stone, this was due to some ups and downs in my life and i just lost control. I atarted the Cambridge diet yesterday, i'm doing this as i don't really want to attend the long councilling sessions again and it is quite a bit cheaper.Hopefully i will get the same outcome, though these diets do seem to become more difficult after the first time, I tried LL again last year and only managed two weeks.

Anyway, good luck with it.

hi,
could you tell me how much the cambridge diet costs and wht it consists of?

Hey

Hi

Today I started my 12th week on lighterlife, I have currently lost 3 stones 3.5 pounds. I have gone from a size 18 to a size 12 but I am aiming for that size 10! The first week is probably the hardest but if you get through it, it will all pay off when you get weighed, I lost almost 10 pounds in my first week. It isn't an easy diet and you do have your ups and downs, weeks 8 and 9 were very hard for me, I think I was just gettin a little bored and I was between sizes. But now I am finding the diet pretty easy again and once again I am very determined! You need to make sure you set yourself lots of little goals and you could do this by writing a diary every few days. If you want to see mine, I would be happy to email it to you, my email is tonimaria54@hotmail.com xx

Feeling knackered?

Hi Jules

Whatever weight-loss programme you try, it's never going to be easy. If you are determined to lose weight (and I believe you need to have 3-4 stone to lose before you can even join Lighter Life), your determination has to be matched by your will power. Both my wife & I have lost weight recently - I've lost well over a stone (& don't need to lose much more) - but the method we use has left us envigorated and full of energy, and has been achieved without much in the way of exercise (oh joy!). If LL works for you, and you're prepared to stick at it, good for you. If you're still knackered, get in touch and I'll let you into our little secret!

Cheers.

Hi

i lost 3.5 stone in the 100 days. now lost a further stone on cambridge diet. it is the same but 1/2 the price. the milkshakes are taster especially the bars they are lovely. good luck its hard but you will feel great when the weight starts to pour off. make sure you have milkshake or bar before you exercise. drink plenty.

Hiyah

Hi just wondering how much the Cambridge diet is?
I have been thinking of doing this for some time, and was wondering the cost.
Thanks Laura x
