only day ons so obviusly not lost any weight yet but felt fuller and could,nt eat my full tea (and had,nt had time for dinner, so was hungray).

I would advise anyone thinking of trying these to SAVE YOUR MONEY. They do make you feel fuller, although i found not every time, which was strange but i have,nt lost any weight at all. If your the kind of person who,s problem is that you eat out of habit or overeat even when full these will def not work as just because they make you feel full, you can still carry on eating. I think these are a load of rubbish.

I have been taking it since Sunday night so only about 3 days and so far I havent really noticed a difference in my eating, although I did leave some of my dinner last night, still feeling hungry between meals. Not sure how long you are meant to give it before it starts working.

I have just started taking them yesterday. As yet appetite not reduced and ive had a kit kat for breakfast so good start. Heres hoping though will see what happens when i get weighed next Wednesday.

I've been taking Slendex for 6 weeks now and I have lost just over a stone, it has got rid of the cravings I used to get and I feel full 20 mins after taking one. Funny enough I was introduced to it by my Dad who has lost 3 stone in 5 months, I have used Hoodia in the past and the problem with it is it's not 100% natural which Slendex is, Hoodia is laced with Caffeine so made me hyper and have broken sleeps. I know a few people using Slendex now and I would recommend it.

Hi, i have been taking slendex for the past 10 days.
I have lost 4 pounds so far. I just dont feel hungry.
After trying every slimming pill around i have finally found one that works.

i am a big over eater, binging 1 day starvin an full of guilt the next so im really hopin they work!!

i have around 2 stone to loose so its not loads but im not gettin anywere on my own iv tried WW, slimmin world, cereal diet, soup diet all this year an am pretty much same weight as i was begining of the year!!

so anyone doin well on these??? il let u no how i get on wen they arrive.

i have no special reason for loosing it other than this time last year i was 10stone 10 an felt great, an now im 12stone 10 an feel a huge fat mess!!!!!!

Trying hoodia today,

HI THERE,what a misreable day, so much for me being on two weeks holiday, so far its been a stay at home week, i am going to start taking the hoodia today, i shall keep you informed, i guess they will be like your tablets, they will suppress the craving to over eat,, i only sent for them as they were on special offer,, but i have had them for two weeks and still not got into the habit of taking them so thats my own fault realy, if i reaky wanted to get the weight off i would have started by now, so call me lazy, i think i hav eused the broken ankle as an excuse to stop doing things, i stopped swimming etc, so looks like i realy shall have to get back on track, not easy is it, when we know we have been slim and then its all gone back on plus more,, [ well in my case,] i was good at the slimmers class but when they never kept in touch with me after my fall i just thought they just saw me as another number, and so i just thought blow them, if thats how they feel, bit like cutting off your nose to spite your face realy,, any way i do hope that we can get the weight down i have a cross trainer that i am going to try out today, its been sat idle for so long, ankle used as excuse again, so i think today is the day i shall begin to get fit, lets hope that we both have good news to report later at the weekend, i shall be away next week on a weeks tour, so more food and big cooked breakfasts, so i think i shall just have to take the tablets with me, youcan send me a personal message if you want to and i shall e mail you my mailing address if you want to chat at any time, good luck, [ thats to both of us, lol, ] ELSIE.

well iv started the pills this mornin an have had my cereal an now im eatin my sandwiche, im not as hungry i dont think BUTi have had nearly 3pints of water so i duno if its to do with that..

but i havent picked in between which i usuaaly wud an im tryin to enjoy every mouthful haha!!

well i have got a brand new exercise bike, weights, fat belt ( u no those that electricute u an meant to tone u up ) i ony live a 30 minute walk from work ( i have walked on a few occasions )

BUT i never seem to do anythin, i get lifts in an my equipment doesnt get touched.. maybe if i see some pounds fall of i will then!!

What a day,

HI THERE, the day started well then i blew it at tea time, the hoodia are suppose to be taken only two a day, so i am not sure when to take them i shall go back to the site and see what they say about them, although i took one when i went shopping this morning and i never had the want to sit down and eat in any of the cafes, so maybe it dod work, maybe i should have taken the other one at tea time, to get me over the hik up i had, i also think drinking the water does fill you up, i use to drink two big jugs a day but then i got out of the habit, so maybe its time to get back into it, when do you intend to start weighing yourself, have you got a day in mind, lest hope it good, i managed to get some trousers today and M&S tee-shirts today, for my holiday week, just need the good weather to go with them now, hope you get a good result, shall e mail you when i get back off my holidays, take care, ELS.

3rd day off slendex...

well its my 3rd day on slendex an iv been golden, stuckto 3 meals a day so far an no naughtys in between.

the 1st few days i didnt notice much of a difference but then last night i actually threw some of my tea away cus i was full ( very unusual for me ) an the same this mornin i was stuffed after tomatoes on toast, which usually i can eat that an still be hungry...

so the pills do seem to be workin wen im takin them b4 meals BUT there not makin me less hungry in between at the moment, iv gone to bed at 9 the last 2 nights cus iv been starvin an not wantin to eat!!!!! but maybe that will pass after few days 1st few days are always the worst!!!!

anyway i weighed me tue mornin an will weigh me again this tuesday mornin and let u no the results.......

this weekend will be a tester as im drinkin tonight / tomorow an that usually end up with me pikin but im gonna try hard not too.

Dont buy them!!!!!!!!!

well i shud have done a weeks worth of slendex by now but as usual i have given up after a week..

i dont find them doin an thing for me, i thought they was workin in the 1st few days but i think it was jus the novelty an wantin them to work!!
