Choose the right ones.

fill your plate with chopped celery, sea food sticks, cherry tomatoes, pickled onions, even some crackerbread and a few olives and munch the night away, this is all free food on the slimming world diet, I even enjoy a glass of white wine with it most evenings, and I have lost over 2 stone since January, so must be doing something right.

Evening snacks

If your hungry, you should eat. Your body is telling you that it needs food. You just have to be smart about what your eating and make sure that its not empty calories.

I have been using some snacks from this company called diet+. They have protein bars and some biscuits that are made with added protein. They're pretty good and don't give you lots of calories because they are high in protien. Just google dietplus and you should be able to find the site. Other than that try having raw vegetables as a snack and make sure you drink lots of water to help fill you stomach.

I hope this helps.

Cheers,
Jane

I have this problem too..

i find it hard to stop eating in the evening,i have found i have a hot chocolate drink,so im getting something sweet which also lasts a while too! i love choc and im missing it,and ive only been dieting since friday!!

Nutrivert superfood

hi,

i have been taking a food called Nutrivert every morning. I used to be snacking all the tine and had a very spotty face. Now i have been taking a spoonful of Nutrivert in my drink every morning i have compleatly changed! i feel alot happier, i have no spots and i rarly every snack! this is after 4 weeks on the amazing drink! the website is www.nutrivert.net and wicken fen who make it have been amazin about it and told me anything i need to know!

Natural

Just eat, but eat well:
your body is meant to have unaltered foods naturally, so just choose some raw fruit or veg. If i'm hungry i do that: some processed/light/diet foods tend to make me feel full but bloated and ill. Fresh veg is light and quick to prepare and has no additives of any kind (unless it's been altered to grow bigger etc.)
