Just had my first weigh in....

..since starting the cambridge diet and..dun dun duuuur i've lost 8lbs! yay! I think i'll treat myself to a takeaway tonight...only joking i guess i'll treat myself to a gross chocolate milkshake instead - yummy!

I have just done the cambridge diet for 16 weeks and lost 3 stone. I have even become a counsellor. Keep going its all worth it!!!!!
