Heya

has people who are on diets experienced that if they have lost some weight like me so far ive lost 2stone and then it after a while doesnt move.has anyone out there got any suggestions? Ive tried everything im walking ,bascily excering. can anyone help ASAP as ive got two weddings coming up,one in oct,and im a bridsmaid in nov. thanks

Switch

Have you tried switching the diet round a bit. Sometimes you get stuck eating the same things and your body just gets used to this. When I did the weight watchers diet after having my daughter i lost 5 stone. At around 2stone the weight started to stick. I then switched diets (they do the points and i cant remember the other) basically one you count points and the other there are free foods that you can eat at three meals a day. You get so many points for stuff like sweets, butter, bread etc. Anyway im rabbling on. I swapped diets and lost a further stone then switched back every so often. It just kick starts your body again with something different.

thanks a mill for ur reply, ive tryed everthing,i have sometimes switched my diet around but wen i do i seem to b alot hungeryer wen i do.it prob cos i dont drink alot of water.did u eat alot of bread cos i found wen i wasnt eating bread i was loosin the weight,but im just cant stop eating bread. anyways i wish i cud do something b4 oct. thanks once again anglea.

Hi again, i changed to weight watchers bread. I know its thin and light but when you make a sandwich you get more bread for your points. You feel like your getting more. I found that when i was doing the weight watchers diet i felt like i ate more than when i wasnt on a diet. You just seemed to be able to eat hundreds in my first week i lost 10 lbs.. I did have a huge amount of weight to lose though. I have put most of it back on again but i know why so its just a case of getting back to basics. If you try drinking a glass of water when you feel hungry instead of just eating and wait 10mins you might find you were just thirsty instead of hungry. Hope ive been some help.
