Week 2 - average loss

I am on week 2, lost 7 pounds this week, wondered what
the usual loss is on week 2. Is it usually more or less.

Just starting

Hi Starting tomorrow can't wait, i have piged out for the last time this weekend and im now rearing to go, any advice on excersise? im very good when it comes to going to the gym i can easily burn 500 calories but i'm unsure if i should be excersising on the first week while my body gets use to the diet, any tips, also i have two lovely miniture daschunds so do you think walking them for an hour a day would be better than going to the gym?

Wot diet

depends on the diet and the weight to loose. But sounds good to me, but the slower and regularly you loose weight, the more chance of it staying off I believe

Cambridge diet

Sorry to be so vague. It is the Cambridge Diet. Lost 7 last week (first week) and five this week. Only trouble is my teeth feel redundant as it is only liquids. Have you tried this diet?

Slimming world for me

haven't eaten so much in my life, 2 stone 5 lbs lighter since january, and feeling oh so much better.
all veggies and fruits are free foods, I nibble at night in chopped celery, pickles seafood sticks etc, with a lovely glass of white wine which is well within the daily syn allowance, perhaps you should try this one. Heres a lovely saying that I picked up recenly for all us slimmers.....
little pickers wear big knickers !!! great eh???

Missing solid food!

Hi - I'm on day 45 and have lost 2 stone now. I know what you mean about wanting to chew. Tou can get bars from cambridge and are allowed one a day along with 2 liquid meals. They are ok but i didn't find them as satisfying as a shake or soup. Stick with it - I'm really in to it now and people are starting to notice my change of shape!
