Maintaining after cd

Hi,ive lost 17b on cd in 5wks which im obviously quite happy about! Im now 9st 5lb & quite happy to stay about that.Im tempted to just try having a cd meal for breakfast (also to cut down on the cost)& eat healthy with a few treats here & there. Has anybody tried this or got any other suggestions? I want to get back to "normal" eaing witout undoing the hard work!
