Any tips?

I find nighttimes the hardest. I don't suppose it's particularly healthy, but I drink a cup of coffee at night and it really helps to kill any cravings.

Any more tips out there?

I find www.foodfocus.co.uk really helpful. Even when I've gone way over my calories one day, being able to see the "Dashboard" stops me from giving up like I usually would.

Is anyone else using this website?
