Could try xenical
I lost over 3 stone using the slimming pill xenical last year. You can be prescribed it by your doctor if you can prove that you can lose at least half a stone on your own first, but you need to be clinically obese.
Alternatively if you have a BMI of 30 or over (28 if you have a medical condition you need to lose weight for) you can join the Boots Weight Loss plan, that's what I did. For £125 for 3 months (I know it's a lot, but no more than... say... 3 good nights out) you take a xenical tablet after every meal and as long as you also eat a low-fat diet with them, they will remove 30% of the fat from your food, and you will lose weight. But be prepared to eat low-fat and healthy along with them, you can't just pig-out and take them and expect them to work properly. I still have a long way to go, after a year they make you come off them for a 3 month break, which I am comeing to an end of, and am just about to go bak on them. If you aren't over a 30 BMI you really don't have that much of a weight problem and shouldn't be using slimming pills anyway, just using a lowfat diet. That is what they will tell you if you try to get them and you aren't overweight enough.

hi all im new here to,i started xenicil on friday,i jumped on the scales yesterday and i had lost 3lb but i got on them this morning and ive put it back on again and i cant see how,30g of fat didnt enter my mouth yesterday, i eat brown bread and it has 6g fat per 100g, 2.8g of fat per slice so which weight do i go for and if its the no more than 3g of fat per 100g does that mean you can only eat 100g.

Xenical
Hi there Marie,
Last year i lost 4 stone, will power only,i hit a wall of pain(Rheumatoid Arthiritis)and ended up putting the lot back on in 4-5months!!
I went to my Dr.recently and explained my problem,he has prescribed Xenical, the side effects seem minimal to the positives.
How have you got on so far,and are there any tips you could give me?
With best wishes,
Jane Derry
