Cambridge diet
hi girls, just thought id give you a quick insight into how im doing on cambridge to spur you all on. ive been on the diet for 4 weeks and have lost 18lbs. its been amazing.it does get better as the weeks go by and now am starting week 5 which is add a meal week. i have shakes for brekkie and lunch and have a soup at dinner so i can eat with the rest of the family. ive also lost 4 inches in total and last week spent a day in london where i slightly went off the diet but i still lost 3lbs. keep up the good work because honestly when you start seeing the results youwill be amazed. janice
