2nd day nightmare

Hi all, I am on my second day of CD and I am finding it really hard. I have been drinking pint after pint of water but I still feel lightheaded and hungry today. I found it even harder tonight to make my family their meal (and I had thought last night was bad enough!!). Can anybody please tell me that it will get easier SOON!! Hope everybody else is doing well xx

Light at the end of the tunnel

dear iwditt, ive been on cambridge now for 4 weeks and have lost 18lbs already. trust me it does get easier but it is hard in the beginning. im now haveing the orange flavoured powder in my water as its really nice.i have shakes for breakfast and lunch then soups for dinner.sometimes i have the bars too if i fancy a change, the orange and cranberry are ok but i hated the chocolate one.
try and keep up the good work , honestly you will feel so much better and seeing the results after such a short time relatively is worth the hunger pains..hope all goes well

janice

Hi

Are we allowed to have cucumber and stuff...do we stop getting into ketosis if we take anything apart from their soups and shakes.

Hi

well i dont think we are allowed to eat.as i said,,i just suck..when i go mad with hunger. this diet is making me go haywire. i sometimes work all around the clock and the growling tummy makes it unbearable. best of luck, hope we all achieve our goals.
