It really is that easy. If you want to check it out further go to www.golower.co.uk. You will be able to see the variety of meals they have to offer and also they have a team of advisors you can ring if you have any questions about the diet. I have been on the phone to them several times this week and they are really helpful. One of the things I rung them for advice this week was a question about the amount of coffee I drink and the fact that I have a sugar in each cup, they have suggested trying decaff and try to cut down or cut out the sugar, you can just ring them with any concern you have.

Maybe a thinner me!!!!

I have been on the golower websight, and have ordered a weeks worth of food to see how i get on.As a double bonus they have an offer on at the moment.I will let you know how i get on.Thanks for your help.
Hope your weight loss continues.

Im sure you will be really impressed, if you follow this correctly you should lose a stone a month. Feel free to message me if you have any questions, remember I have only been been on the golower diet for just over a week but I will try to help you if I can. We can be Golower diet buddies together!!!

I've done it

Well girls, I've done the deed!!

Just bought a 4 week supply with an additional week thrown in... so if I do the last week in October and all of November then the "muffin top" should be gone hahaha.

I could really feel the extra pounds today. I bought a new suit for work yesterday in the size I have been wearing since finishing the last diet.... not good!! I can get into it but it's not the most attractive sight and certainly not an advert for the makers hahaha. Back in the wardrobe it has gone, maybe in a few weeks it'll look more better.

The extra pounds may well have crept in but with the Golower box on it's way and your support the pounds will hopefully melt away!

How much have you both got to lose? I lost 3 stone (well, a pound or 2 short of that) with LL. If you have in the region of this or more to go I can wholeheartedly recommend dry skin brushing every day and using Bio Oil. I did this and my skin stayed lovely and firm and got a much better texture thanks to the massaging.

Well, have a good weekend girls, I'm off to Poland for my birthday tomorrow!!

Trix xx

Good for you

Hi Trix

So you have done it and gone for the month of food.
I should receive my food tomorrow. Can't wait to start and see myself in a slinky black number this christmas.

Chat next week to see how it's going.
Have a lovely weekend away.

I love golower

Hi all

I'm doing the golower diet as well and I think it's brilliant. I have been doing the diet for nearly four months and I have lost three and a half stone. So I hope you all keep going, the results are amazing.

What's your favourite meal?

Favourite meal on golower

Hi Chrissie,

Nice to speak to another Golower person (I wont say golower dieter because it doesnt feel like a diet. Fav meals are the chicken curry and the chilli beef. Had Chilli beef tonight with courgettes fried in butter, yummy!!! Which ones are your favs?

Not like a diet

Hi Buttercup

I know what you mean, it's like no diet i've tried before, i'm never hungry and the weight is just dropping off. I LOVE the chicken curry as well, I could eat it every night. I also like the tex mex soup and chicken, tomatoes and red peppers in white wine sauce- yummy!

I need to know please about this new diet

Where can i have the inf on this new diet i have never heard of this can i have some of this fast.

Shaz x

Hi golower people

Hello

My food was delivered this morning. There's a nice selection of food so i went for chicken curry and some veg.I never thought about courgette's in butter,I will have to try that.My first day so plenty of time to experiment.

Emma x

Other veg you can have on golower

Hi Emma,

So you have started!! You should find that your energy levels increase as you wont be eating the food that makes you sluggish. Try cabbage cut into thin strips fried in butter as well. Dont forget to let us know how you are getting on.

Fatbuttercup x

Hi emma

Just keep experimenting this week and enjoy the food, I found that I lost weight after my first day. I hope you do too. Let us know how you get on this week and if you need help just let me know

Chrissie

The boxes have arrived!!

hi Fatbuttercup and Emma, thanks for the birthday wishes and hello to Chrissie,

How has this week been for you 3? Chrissie, that's great weight loss to date (comparable to LL and so much more enjoyable I'll bet!!) Get us, we are like a "proper" crew now hehe.

The boxes arrived whilst I was away.... how good does the food look??

Just to be polite I tried a bag of the breakfast granola this evening (it seemed rude not to hehe).

Tomorrow I shall be having the granola at 10ish (i never seem to have time for breakfast whilst still at home!), the the onion soup for lunch and the raspberry choc bar in the afternoon. Not yet decided what to have for dinner but I have a bag of spinach in so will be having that as my green veg. Can anybody recommend which meal is best with spinach?

I am just soooo happy with the selection available! Losing the 3 stone with LL seemed ok at the time (i had reached desperation point) but this looks like it's going to be a really enjoyable experience. Even though we will be eating the same meal a few times a week we can vary the veg option to add variey and it almost seems to good to be true that we can add the odd little tipple too.

Here's to an amazing diet, I hope all 4 of us do really well!!

Trix xx

Golower crew

Hi Trix,

I knew you wouldnt be disappointed!!! Spinach probably goes with all the meals, I am heavily into the chilli beef at the moment. Dont forget to keep us updated as to how you are doing!!!

Take care, Fatbuttercup

Emma and Chrissie - where are you???

Hey girls

Hi slimmers
Hope everyone is well and trix enjoyed the weekend!!!

I started my meals on the monday,i admit i thought i would feel hungry, but the food seems to fill me up.Don't get me wrong, but a big fat bar of chocolate would be nice, but i suppose that would defeat the object. But now i have weighted myself this morning and to my delight i have lost 3 pounds since monday, what a feeling, fantastic. That is what i needed,so stuff the chocolate,i do not need it.
I was surprised i lost that much in such asmall ammount of time. The weight will come off girls so hang in there,The meals are tasty and it is nice to eat veg again.I have different veg with the meals,so far using brussel sprouts, cabbage, runner beans and brocolli. The chicken curry and beef and onion meatballs are my favorite's.The nut bar's are nice.
I'm going buy amonths worth tomorrow.I dont think i've ever been so determined on a diet before.

Keep going girls, there's a dress i have seen, and i'm damn sure to get into it for this christmas.

Emma x
