Cambridge diet receipes...

..i just tried making the chocolate muffin from the receipe sheet, and it didnt turn out well !!!!
Thought i would give it a try, as even though i sieve my shakes, they are still powdery and i am having trouble drinking them !
I think i may try making chicken crisps tommorow..
anyone else on CDiet experimented?
