I want lose weight and keep it off for live!

Hi! My name is Carole. I come from Belgium, so my native language is french, sorry for my errors of language
I am now living in London. I already have tried different diets and Ihave already lost weight, but I resume whenever!One of my friend told me about 2 HEALTH, have you ever heard about it? I find it very intersting but I would like to have others opinions.

Hi Carole,

I have been doing the Cambridge Diet for the last 2 weeks. Its a liquid and bar diet. Its very hard but the weight falls off quickly. Once you have reached your target weight you get introduced to "normal foods" so that the weight STAYS off. This is my biggest issue. Tere is a competitor called Lighter Life which is 2x as expensive and they get the products from Cambridge diet. The difference is that at Lighter Life you 100 days without normal food as opposed to Cambridge Diet you go 4 weeks without then 1 week with food and then back and forth till you reach your weight. Cambridge counsellors are everywhere you can find one close to you online.

Hi Carole, I have never heard of 2 HEALTH im afraid but I would like to tell you about a diet I am doing at the moment called Golower. I have lost 11 lb in just under 3 weeks. You order the food on the internet and they deliver it to your door, all you have to do is heat it up and add veg. If you want to ask me any questions about it then feel free to message me.

hello, thanks for your reply. Your diet seems to be interesting but i don't really understand the principle. Is it just an online company? because i think that it can be reaaly good to have advice from a "real person" and to have some kind of a personal coach, isn ... Not just an online company, you just order the food online - I regularly speak to their helpline where all their advisors are golowers or have been trained and I even spoke to the founder of the company who herself has lost 6 stone and has designed the meals in her own kitchen - the support you recieve is wonderful, they understand because they have been through it.
