I have got an answer.....
well well i dont know much about the atkins diet but i assume its a low carb diet ... anyway if you like indian food and want some thing which is healthy... i would suggest take chappati or naans instead of rice... a stict no no to rice ... you can have ay curry as long as it has no potatoes .... do not have any snacks like samosas or pakoras... coz these are all deep fried and too oily..... i would suggest do not eat indian for dinners (i.e. after 6) however, you can have indian food for lunches.... if you have any particular food or curry in mind you would like to ask about i could help you with it ....
