1st day

hi all fellow dieters-starting my first day cambridege today-have done it before so no what it entails,but-i know it works and is fast,im still thinking like-shall i start tomorrow n eat lots today lol but i know id be thinking same tomoro n day after n after that,so todays the day,just wishing all you lot lots luck-your not on yr own-we can all do this,any words of support will be greatly recieved........
