Cambridge diet recipes

Hello everyone just wanted to congratulate to all those on the CD diet and losing weight. I'm on my 6th day and I'm finding it very hard, my next weigh in is this wednesday so fingers crossed. When it comes to add a meal week or moving on to step 2 on the CD diet, the food choices are quite limited so I'm just wondering if anyone has some great recipes or recommendations for these stages?
