Weigh-in!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!
Well I had my weigh in yesterday...have been thinking about it ever since and dont think that it was that bad. Have lost 7lbs, which is not too bad considering that I did have a day off (long story) but still seem to be in ketosis which is the main thing.
I feel that many people feel guilty about 'cheating' how ever as long as you avoid the carbs you will not do too much damage, but you need to maintain the momentum...i thing that once you let go then you get the old domino effect 'oohh i'll just have once more piece'...'well i'll just continue tomorrow'...
I think once a week treating your self is not the biggest sin but may even help you motivate your self further because the craving will go and you will stop thinking about food for a while...i found that after 5 days no food i was day dreaming abnouyt it all the time, and the thought of not haveing any for 3 more weeks was killing me, now i know that i have had some i can easily go for another week...
Anyway guys I think that this really works and its just a matter of time when we will be looking back to the first week abd think 'oh god, i cant belive I was gona quit'.
