Well done on weight loss so far, brilliant!! I had my first weigh in after just 3 days and had lost 6lbs, being weighed again friday and am staying away from my scales (or trying too!!!) Two people I work with are in their 2 and 3 rd weeks and still doing really well on the weight loss. From other posts I,ve read think it slows down after the first week because you are losing the "proper fat" rather than just fluid but it still goes the right way !! Keep up the good work, great achievement you must be really proud
