Let's go

Hi to who reads his.

I am 37 and have struggled with my weight since i got to my thirty's.I have tried the diets everyone knows of,but ended failing, normally with a cake in my mouth!
I have to say i have lost 3 stone since the start of my new diet,no i am not doing any execise, well maybe up and down the stairs now and then, but thats about it.I met up with a friend who had lost alot of weight and looked fab.She told me this diet and then, why not lets give it ago. It's the "golower" diet,i bought the food from their web site and arrived afew days later.
The box of goodies was quickly opened and surprised at the meals inside (chicken curry, chilli beef, chicken in white wine sauce and so on)There is alot of nut and choco bars if you feel like a snake. It took afew days to adjust as my eating habits became healthy.I am still enjoying the meals and snacks. With the diet you can spoil yourself sometimes, and to have a fry up on a saturday morning and not feel guilty is lovely.I'm not going back to my old garbage munching days as i just do not feel like doing it.Sorry if this is abit long winded, but i am over the moon.So if anyone reads this then, hey, why not give it ago, after all,it is your body. What ever you do,Good Luck x

Hello

I did one month and on the box and did really well but then fell off the wagon and regained some which was all down to my love of chocolate. Love the diet though - have ordered 3 months now and restarted yesterday. Would love to shift a few pounds for Christmas

My fav is the chicken curry - there are days I wish that was all you could eat haha

Good luck all

I'm ready to go

Hello Rose

I enjoyed your comments.
I am 31 and had gave birth to my son 1 year ago.I used to have a lovely figure but find it hard to lose the weight i have gained.I tried weight watchers, although i did lose weight, although only 4 pounds in a month was not good enough, and i got bored with it,so i suppose i failed.I have a christening in march next year and i want to lose weight, about 2 stones,Having christmas soon wont help me but it might kick start me in the new year. Can you tell me more.Unfortunatly i do not have time to exercise anymore,Can you tell me what you eat in a typical day?

Martha

Lets go

Hi Martha

First of all thanks for reading.
I'll get straight to the point. In the morning i have nut clusters in full fat milk. For luch i have a choice of 3 soups, which are very tasty. If i feel peckish i grab a coconut or raspberry nut bar. Then for dinner i have a choice of dinners, with which i add veg (brocolli, cabbage, brussels etc).
It's all very tasty.Later in the evening if i fancy it a treat myself to one of the choco bar.
It is worth doing, and like you say, with xmas coming soon, why not try the diet, let your hair down during the festive period and re-start in the new year,at least you would have ahead start.
Once the weight starts falling off,you feel good about yourself, have more energy, and a bigger smile appears on the face.
Go to www.golower.co.uk.
They have a helpline if you require it.
It won't hurt looking it up.
If you want to talk about it more then just leave a comment,i come to this site daily

Good luck Martha
