Dairy intolerant ? low fat new milk alternative....

Hey ladies

Just wanted to let you know about a new milk drink I found at my local tesco.

Am dairy and wheat intolerant, but also a gym/health freak, so like to find low fat alternatives.

Soya milk is high in fat, but found new Rice & Easy milk drink, which has very low cholesterol, no fat and added vits, etc.

Use it on my cereal, and also to cook with.

Anyone else tried it?

I managed to track down some of the rice & easy product you mentioned as I have bought Rice Dream in the past and didn't like the taste so have stuck to Soya.

I was really impressed, far better than other rice milks - its just a shame that it doesn't seem to be anywhere else but Tesco as I really rather not buy from them...but thats another story!
