Rice milk

Has anyone tried rice milk? There is a really good one by called rice and easy, you can get it from your local Tescos. Im lactose intolerant, and that's the best option I found which is healthier, cheap, and taste good.

Milk with extract of apple

I have tried it, i also but some milk from the health shop, really lovely!!!!!!!!!
I am also lactose intolerant,but i have found they are both really nice & tasty.

try yogurt rice...

just pour yogurt...
add sliced chillies & onions...
mixed it with rice....
its a healthy food...
