Hey fellow dieter! hee hee! I am also having problems with my munching!!!!! Cannot for the life of me remember what meats i can mix- i mean is lamb and hake ok?
whatever you do....dont mix protiens and carbohydrates and when you have your bedtime milk....be sure not 2 snack on bacon like me!
