New on cambridge diet

hi ive been on the cambridge diet since 7th january and lost 13ibs but struggled this week and have been eating ham cheese chicken will that hurt on the sole sorse,ive had toothache all weekend and cant get the water down as it hurts my tooth,and i like it cold which is bad for tooth,so im hungryer and pickin on wot i said.

Amazing!!

Hi,
I wanted to lose alot of weight fast and brought the cambridge diet sachets from ebay did it for 2 weeks lost a stone, found it exstremly hard it amazes me how people do it for so long congratulations on youor weight loss already. We are not super humans and only having the shakes and water for so longis amazing in its own right so you have eaten this week what youo have eaten isn't that bad you could of tackled the biscuit tin or oredered a takeaway so be proud of that. You may not have a loss this week because the cambridge diet is made so you loss weight very quickly and you have obviously eaten more than the 500 calories aday the shakes are but donot beat yourself up about it and if you can carry on with the shakes you are alot determined than me, I have stopped the shakes and now having a low calorie diet plus exercising and am finding that alot better than the shakes, Best thing to do is get your tooth sorted out and start again forget about your little binge you are nearly a stone lighter than you were and that is fantastic!! you need to feel amazing about that!!

Weigh in not to bad!

thanks for that,well got weighed last nite and i lost 2lbs and gettin tooth sorted out, like my counciller said its still a loss, i honestly thought i would stay the same or put on so pleased,really going for it this week got 4 stone to lose,my friend started in may finished in dec lost 7 stones on cambridge went from 18 to 11 stone so no it works can still be hard tho at times,i have two children they had a macdonalds saturday,oh my god that was hard but ill battle on.

Congrats on the weight loss

it's actually much easier if you don't eat anything extra. i always this i'll just have a little something, but then you just start craving more and more.
