Take one day at a time - if you have a bad day where you have a few treats, don't think that everything is lost and that you are having to start again - its all a long journey - who said that you can't stop off on the way.
Just keep your long term goal in your mind. Every time you go to eat - think to ourself, Am I really hungry, or am i just eating for that sake if it? You need to be honest with yourself on that one. Set your self rewards.... if you decide that you are not really hungry, don't eat, and put £1 or what ever you can afford in a tin - save up for a treat,buy a new lipstick, perfume, whatever lights your candle, and if you really want chocolate or a takeaway for that treat, go for it. BUT REMEBER... everything in moderation. If you are not really hungry, don't eat.
