Cambridge diet - step 2! advice please

Hi All,

Have made it to week 5 on Cambridge Diet and so far have lost 18 pounds. Hopefully another few this week, weigh in on Thursday. Anyway, am starting to find it very difficult on sole source and am thinking about moving on to stage 2 and including a small evening meal. At what stage did everyone else do this and did you still manage to lose weight? Any advice gratefully received as I fear I am starting to cave!!!

Cambridge diet

hi are you still doing the diet, i started on step 2, lost 9 first week then 4 second week, then ive gone to step 1, hopefully i shud av ad a gud week, get weighed sunday, if good results going to stay on step 1. enjoy avin that evening meal of fish or chicken and vegetables. got alot to loose, so see how it goes

Stage 2 can be more difficult than sole source

on ss you can't go wrong, but once you start adding food, there's lots of room to make an error.

you should switch to add a meal every four weeks anyway, but maybe cut it down to every three weeks?
