well had weigh in tonight and have lost 4bls this week a total of 19lbs in total 3 half stone to go,its my time of month next week so gonna find it hard this week so my councier suggested meal bars had the cranbury lush real chocolaty fruity and chewy felt strange to have chocolate again havent had any for 5 weeks know wish me luck

Hi,

Congrats on ur weight loss, i just wanted to know does the weight loss go down in the second week even thought we're jus drinking water n shakes??

Ive got4 stone to lose and really wana do it in 2 month with exercising n sole source

Slowing down on cd

hi my counciler said that they like you to lose inbetween 4 and 6 lbs on solesourse, if you wer on say weightwatchers it would be healther to lose 2lbs wk but as sole sourse is saw low in cals and thats all you have then i cant c why you cant lose 4lbs a week,im on my 5th week i lost 7lbs then 5lbs third week struggled and was eatin quite abit of protein and lost 2lbs, and then last nite 4lbs and i drink 3ltres water aday,but i have just tried the bars and its nice to have sumthing chewy so if your struggling i suggest you have sum bars or boiled eggs,lay off the cheese only a little i ate quite alot thats why i had 2lbs loss hope this helps and good luck!

Weight loss

Hi nazzyb,

I found that weight loss did go down on the second week. I lost 7lb first week and then only 4lb on the second week. Now on my fifth week and have lost 18lb so far but have found the non eating just too much this week and have introduced an evening meal tonight and will carry on like this for now.
