Chocolate!

I am 10 stone at the moment, was nearly 12 stone about 2 years ago then stayed around 11 stone then recently went down to 9.5lb which was my lightest but now seem to be staying arond the 10 mark which if I am honest, I hate as I love the size zero look. My diet consitsts of mostly chocolate to be honest. Because I have such a sweet ttoth I cant diet without chocolate so I skip breakfast, have a bar of chocoalte for lunch, chocolate around 4pm then a normal meal for dinner like pasta or a pizza or something. I am a vegetarian though and I think this makes a big difference.
Have you tried the website www.weightlossresources.co.uk. Its great - they give you a 3 day trial but when you put in your stats and target weight, it tells you exactly how many calories you should eat per day to get to that weight and maintain. I used this to lose a stone.
At the moment I am not doing the most healthy diet which is 500 calories a day and its killing me - done it before and it really worked I know its a bad diet but it gives me a real kick start when you see yourself loosing 5-7 lb in a week!
