Hi am new to this

Hi all this is my first time on the cb diet.
am on day 4 today i had a headache (all day) and had cravings for food but am sticking to this diet i need to lost five stone does anyone know how long we get the headaches for?

Have heard coke zero will help with headaches , your allowed 1 can a day on cd.
Hope they get better soon.

Hey what's going on well I tried the diet your on and the headache won't go away until you eat a little bit maybe if you eat like fruit and drink water cause you can't just starve yourself all the time till you get skinny get what I'm saying...
