Lighter life or cd which one is best??

hi

have two appointments booked,one with lighter life counsellor and one with CD counsellor. not sure which to choose, any ideas??

i too booked 2 appointments as was undecided on which one to choose i then chose the cambridge diet how did u get on which did u choose and how are u doing on it?

i'd love to know ur experience so far

Definately the cd

I used the CD last year all be for only 3 weeks to shift my last stone and half before a holiday.It works so quickly but like all diets you must stick to it....and drink to shrink!!!.

Its much cheaper too...good luck.
