Lighter life diary, share the experience and such...

Hi!

Have started LL , its my glorious day no.2, any like-minded poor hungry ppl out there wanting to share the experience?
I am not actually phisically hungry but I could kill for a blueberry muffin or plate of pasta. Ended up drinking 12 l of water yesterday and today in total to kill that craving, toilet has became my home. I feel fairly weak tho, sleepy, my eyes are closing (not like i been doing anything, was hanging about reading and watching slim people so i can say HA! in some time Hope these 'side effects' will go away soon , apparently 1st week is worst. My inspiration is my councellor, slim and lean beast, dropped 5st on LL and maintaining.
How are people doing?
I must say i do 9already!) fear the maintaining stage, as so many people said they put weight back on, but i hope with balanced diet and help of Billy Blanks DVD-a-day it will be fine.

Would love to hear from others on LL or anyone really who has been/is on the prog and is willing to say how they ressist that blueberry muffin!

HI ,WELL DONE FOR BEING BRAVE ENOUGH TO EMBARK ON LL. BUT PLEASE DID YOU SAY 12L OF WATER.THIS IS A DANGEROUS AMOUT FOR ANYBODY TO BE DRINKING YOU WILL DAMAGE YOUR KIDNEYS, YOU SHOULD BE DRINKING BETWEEN 4L /6L MAX. RESISTING THAT BLUEBERRY MUFFIN WILL GET EASIER BUT ITS ALL DOWN TO WILLPOWER. I KNOW EASIER SAID THEN DONE BUT YOU CAN DO IT..JUST THINK OF YOUR NICE NEW SLIM BODY.

Thanks for reply yes i meant 12litre but thats for 2 days, so 6l a day, trying to to go over this limit. And damn it's hard to ressist all this, i would kill for a ..carrot now, nevermind muffin! lol
