"i did it and it works" lost 6 and half stone
i too dieted by calorie counting and in 6 months i lost 6 and half stone,now i think maybe was a bit quick as after i reached my goal weight i then put a bit back on,but counting calories is a easy way to get back on track,just watch your not going too low 600/700 calories is aw too low your body will go into starvation mode bring down your metabolism there for slowing down your weight loss,also i count fat aswell as sometimes foods that have lowish calories can still be real high in fat,i was 16 and half stone i went down to 9 and half that was 4 years ago now and only just put bit more weight on than iam happy with so iam counting calories again-biggest tip-not quick fix diet,gotta be lifestyle change-good luck xx
