Lets lose weight!

I want to lose 1/2 a stone and maintain it so as from today i'm on a diet.
I've decided i can eat whatever foods i want as long as i stick to a certain amount of calories each day.

Friday 22nd Feb - 600 calories
Saturday 23rd Feb - 1200 calories
Sunday 24th Feb - 1100 calories
Monday 25th Feb - 1000 calories
Tuesday 26th Feb - 900 calories
Wednesday 27th Feb - 800 calories
Thursday 28th Feb - 700 calories

"i did it and it works" lost 6 and half stone

i too dieted by calorie counting and in 6 months i lost 6 and half stone,now i think maybe was a bit quick as after i reached my goal weight i then put a bit back on,but counting calories is a easy way to get back on track,just watch your not going too low 600/700 calories is aw too low your body will go into starvation mode bring down your metabolism there for slowing down your weight loss,also i count fat aswell as sometimes foods that have lowish calories can still be real high in fat,i was 16 and half stone i went down to 9 and half that was 4 years ago now and only just put bit more weight on than iam happy with so iam counting calories again-biggest tip-not quick fix diet,gotta be lifestyle change-good luck xx

I've been Calorie counting for 2 weeks and have lost Over half a stone already. I've not set limits for how many calories each day. The Most I've had in a day over the last 2 weeks is 1252, and the least is 462. I'm still eating healthily just counting everything. I've got it all tracked on a spreadsheet with graphs etc to help with the motivation and progress.
