Can some one tell me what i need to eat while on this diet? its day two, I have had severe headaches since starting this puerh diet... what types of foods will encourage weight loss? or can i eat anything i want. My trouble area is my slightly rounded belly

Can you overdose on pu-erh tea?

i found the pu-erh tea diet interesting and my mum wanted to loose weight so we thought we will give it a go - im currently on my second day - so delighted it is actually nice to drink - but can you overdose on it at all?? by drinking too much???

ohh and does jasmin tea do anything for you? can you overdose on it?

scared il do myself more harm than good - next step is to alter my diet and eat healthy foods and then excercise but big up to pu-erh tea - it is brilliant.

I have just seen your question (Can you overdose on pu-erh tea???)
I started drinking Pu-erh tea.
I think you should drink at least three cups, but no more than six cups in one day.
I feel if I drink anymore than this - it gives me a pain in my head and I get a sick feeling in my stummy. Drink loads of water while drinking this tea, I found than I got very dehydrated.
I have been on this for one week how and have lost 11lbs. I have stopped eating bread, potatoes, Rice and Pata and of course all sweet things. I have three good meals a day and am feeling the better of it.
I have a long way to go as I have to loose another 6stone so that I can have IVF.
I hope I stick to it - Please God.

Can anyone who is drinking Pu-erh tea that has lost weight, please tell me what they eat to have lost all there weight.

Yeah I tried some pu erh and oolong tea which i also bought online at www.teawarehouse.co.uk

I have not been drinking it long enough to know if its made any difference but i will keep you posted

Tea that does work

Everyone is different, we have both tries Oohlong and Pu Erh, proper expensive tea not the cheap ebay stuff and though we both enjoy it it hasn't helped us lose weight. However we have looked at other teas and WE and others have found that has worked is Holy Tea which s made from Milk thistle (or as the Americans call it Holy thistle) and marsh and another type of mallows. This loosens and gemtly removes compacted food stuffs from the colon , thus reducing weight and also aiding the body's ability to absorp food. It is also good for the liver and general digectivesystem, check out the herbs via google.
Infact we have been using it since December last year and are so pleased with the effects we have started to sell it, not for profit but because people started coming to us for it. We sell it for the cost we get it for

I have been drinking the pu erh for two weeks, have been on a low fat diet and increased my excercise, I drink at least five cups a day and am feeling great, skin is glowing, got loads of energy and have lost six pounds. Just for the record I buy my tea from a great supplier called the little tea company on ebay!!!! pherhaps you should stop buying that expensive stuff and give them a try.

I read your message on Monday and ordered some from the tea house and it turned up today, tastes nasty but if it does me good i'll continue and will let you know the progress as i go on.

I really want to try this stuff but it tastes nasty - is their anything i can put in it to make it taste nicer - like lemon or sugar or something - i'll try anything.

I would like to tell everyone that pu-erh tea is very popular,bu is not that good anyway. Im glad that people found some magic staff to loose weight, but i hope that after, when u will stop drinking it, you wont have side efects or back to weight. Is just about that pu-erh tea is probably laxitive, which means that can absorb bad fats but not really good ones, which your body need every day. Better check that. And people which are taking any medications should consult a doctor before trying any herb. Is just about healt.

I've been drinking Pu-er tea for about 1 month now & have not lost any weight.I've been drinking the tea 3 time a day after meals.

Can you please let me know when in the day you had the tea - before or after meals? Did you do anything else during this time which also helped you to lose the weight?

Hi, that is a fantastic weight loss, well done! I am drinking it for four days ( 3 cups a day) and haven't noticed any difference whatsoever! What am I doing wrong?
